Erik currently works in the tech division at RWJBarnabas Health, where a deep commitment to helping others has shaped his entire career. But beyond the healthcare system, he’s building something with long-term impact: Ultra Impact Group—a real estate investment firm grounded in purpose and driven by people. What began as a spark lit by his grandfather—a pilot who invested in property on the side—grew into a mission to create meaningful housing and generational wealth, one investment at a time.


Over the years, Erik has personally completed 24 real estate transactions, including short-term rentals, long-term holdings, and strategic land acquisitions across the U.S. These hands-on experiences taught him what no classroom could: that real estate is about more than property—it's about people. It's about creating homes, stability, and lasting value.

Specializing in multifamily and co-living properties, the firm focuses on building community, not just portfolios. Passive investing means you invest in professionally-managed real estate deals without having to find, finance, or manage properties yourself. You become a fractional owner in cash-flowing assets and earn monthly income — while our team handles the operations.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Yes — our opportunities are open to accredited investors only, as defined by the SEC. That typically means you have a net worth of $1M+ (excluding your primary residence) or annual income of $200k individually ($300k jointly) for the last two years.

How much do I need to invest?

Minimum investments typically range from $50,000 to $100,000, depending on the deal. You’ll receive all the details upfront before deciding if a deal is right for you.

What kind of returns can I expect?

Each opportunity is different, but our past deals have offered investors: 7–9% average annual cash-on-cash returns 15–18% targeted internal rate of return (IRR) Quarterly or monthly distributions Full return expectations and projections are shared transparently for every deal.

How long is my money invested?

Most deals have a 5–7 year hold period. This allows time to generate consistent income and maximize appreciation. We keep you updated throughout the lifecycle of each investment.

What about taxes?

One of the biggest benefits of real estate is the tax efficiency. You’ll typically receive K-1 forms showing depreciation benefits that may offset much (or all) of your income. We always recommend speaking with your CPA for specific guidance.

Is my investment safe?

Will I be on the title or have to manage tenants?
